Training

Training is a program-based process designed to inculcate, sharpen and update the skills of individuals. It is dynamic in character. It is constantly subject to revision, modification and up-gradation not only to keep it in sync with present and futuristic professional requirements but also to absorb the latest technological and contextual changes

Considering the importance of training Keshav Security Services Pvt. Ltd. has established a full fledged Training centre for Referral Courses. It has all the facilities for imparting training which are made as per the requirements laid down by the MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION, Dated 26th April 2006. The Physical Training is conducted in our training institute located at Greater Noida.

Basic Training as per the drill in the Army is imparted with a view to improve the personality and bearing of the individual. The training is based on two principal viz. Intelligence and Control.

The recruits are taught the basic security attributes such as gathering information, prevention of crime. The stress is laid on the Aesthetics part of the security. The entrants are taught to man and exercise various controls through physical search and maintenance of gate records/ registers. They are also taught to check details of entry/exit of men and material. They are further trained for proper wearing of uniforms and to have good turnout.
